A general introduction on our Pre-Cure Tread Rubber and services offered by us is as following. As part of our expansion in rubber products manufacturing, we offer Pre-cure Tread Rubber manufactured from our facility in SAIF-Zone Sharjah Air Port Free Zone, in United Arab Emirates, which is first of its kind in Middle East.
Our facility includes Rubber Compounding, Vulcanizing and Testing.
Enclosed dispersion Kneader and high pressure Hydraulic Press is used to manufacture precured tread and our in-house testing facility includes Rheometer, Universal Testing Machine (UTM) and DIN Abrader.
PREMIUM RUBBER COMPOUND
We offer premium tread compound for standard application of retreading which is optimized for low rolling resistance, low heat build-up and combined with the best possible wear and safety performance to ensure higher mileage.
Combination of Natural Rubber with high percentage of Synthetic rubber and special rubber additives from European manufacturers are used to control heat build up and abrasion resistance. By using this multi-retread concept, fleets will be benefited from both lowest possible fuel consumption and lower cost per kilometer. Field trials have proven that our application specific tread compound have scored exceptionally high compared to best-in-class new tiers and retread tiers which is a new way to significantly reduce transport cost.
